How to Use the Search Feature on Publicist

Where to Find the Search Feature:

1. How to Navigate to Search:

  • To access the search feature, go to the Talent section in your navigation menu. (Note: A top navigation talent search is coming soon.)

2. What You Can Search:

  • Marketplace:

    Search through all candidates who are visible on the platform to the user performing the search.

  • Talent Network:

    Search through all the candidates in your company's talent network.

3. General Overview of Sorting and Filters:

  • Sorting:

    Talent results can be sorted based on various criteria to help you find the most relevant candidates.

  • Filters: You can apply filters to narrow down your search. Available filters include:

    • Talent Pillar

    • Skill

    • Industry

    • Title

    • Spoken Language

    • Org Experience

    • Rate

    • Location

    • Availability

4. Talent Results:

  • Matching Results:

    Talent that matches your search criteria will be displayed on the right side of the screen in the default order. This helps you quickly identify and evaluate the most relevant candidates.
